The dinner and club menu is run by Rene Rodriguez, our newest chef to TSR. Rene comes to us from Puerto Rico by way of Miami, his specialties of fusing traditional Puerto Rican plates with Nuevo Latino inspired cuisine is downright ingenious and mouthwatering. You can enjoy his Caribbean dishes in our daily dinner menu, as well as our late-night menu on club nights. This menu is ever evolving so you can expect new dishes every week. |
